I have had the opportunity of working with Monique during times of change on the Finance department at Havensteder. Turbulent times which required strong (interim) leadership, tough decision making and perseverance. Monique fulfilled this role successfully and accomplished the task of restructuring the finance administration team, creating a strong basis for further development and innovative growth. I am looking forward to working with her in the future!
